Choosing a builder for my large new extension build was vital o got it right.
To me it was my first time to build something of this magnitude and probably my last. Not knowing where to start, I decide Google reviews would be a reliable source.

After doing my search I was presented with 3 possible candidates. After making contact with all 3, there was a clear candidate that stood out as far as knowledge, commitment and reliability. Estimate quoting amongst the 3 were similar in ranges and what I was expecting. After reviewing further there was a clear winner with who I was going to proceed with.
